Next Formula Project "JNFP-1"

Supporting the entire project—from basic planning and design to the manufacturing of key composite components and the supply of machined parts.

The "NEXT FORMULA PROJECT (JNFP-1)," promoted by the Japan Motorsport Industry Association (JMIA), is a collaborative development initiative involving approximately 40 companies aimed at further advancing Japan's motorsports and mobility industries. By pooling Japanese manufacturing expertise, the project is taking on the challenge of developing a next-generation formula car. Toray Carbon Magic has been involved since the project's inception, handling the design and manufacturing of critical composite components, including the CFRP monocoque. The company also contributes to the manufacturing of complex-shaped parts and lightweight design, supporting the development of a vehicle that achieves an optimal balance of high rigidity, safety, and low weight.
